Best Practice of GS.

今日睇番做GS嘅時候帶走嘅文件。

即使自己畢業後不會回去工作，但仍覺得這是我暫時最欣賞的一間公司。公司成功與否，我想人的質素最為重要。

GS人有一習慣叫overposting，我覺得這很有趣。老闆普遍都不喜歡下屬事無大少都通知他，但GS偏偏希望自己over-communicate，告訴團隊裡的人工作的進度。公司其中一條Best_practice 係咁寫:

Over communicate. it is better to share information than not. If in doubt, post colleagues on what is happening. Seek opinions even when you are comfortable making your own decision.

Choice

I hope I make the right decision.

When I read my blog after a year, there will be no regret. :)

A New Start

Long left my personal blog...I think it is a good time to start it again..

Putting a lot of effort into SAS software these days as four guys and I am working on a data-mining project for Hang Seng Bank, my future employer. Sometimes you just don't know what's ahead. :)
